Welcoming Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist in Ohio: Sign-On Bonus and Attractive Relocation As part of our Population Health initiative to improve access to behavioral treatments in the communities we serve, one important focus is integrating behavioral health into pediatric offices. In order to achieve this, TriHealth is actively looking for an engaging, innovative Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve in an outpatient clinical and consulting capacity in Cincinnati, Ohio. TriHealth Pediatricians treat 90,000 pediatric patients annually across 14 sites of care throughout Greater Cincinnati. We have one of the largest pediatric physician communities in the area with 75% of our 58 Pediatricians having trained at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, ranked one of the pediatric facilities in the nation and first in the state of Ohio. In this rewarding outpatient position, you will participate in a comprehensive, Integrated Behavioral Health Program and: Be part of a dedicated clinical team that consists of Behavioral Health Consultants (Psychologists or LISWs), psychotherapists, dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Providers. Contribute to care pathways and treatment protocols with Pediatricians to be used in the treatment of common pediatric psychiatric conditions. Educate pediatric providers on the Integrated Behavioral Health model of care, how to make specific psychiatric diagnoses and the use of psychotropic medications. Engage in interdisciplinary care coordination to help achieve treatment goals. This position will oversee an innovative, team-based approach to care supported by the large, integrated TriHealth system. INPATIENT: We are seeking an engaging, top talent Psychiatrist to provide patient-focused Behavioral Health inpatient services . You will be responsible for the admission, continuing care, and discharge of adult and senior patients with emotional, psychiatric, behavioral or chemical dependency related issues. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team-player committed to offering high quality, culturally sensitive treatment to our patients while demonstrating strong clinical and communication skills. An enthusiastic and innovative approach to the expansion of the program along with interest in medical education is a plus.
